Strength training and sports have been an essential part of Kris Radican’s life for over 25 years. Growing up in Texas, he competed in football and track & field at the highest levels into his adulthood.

After high school, Kris decided to join the US Navy where he became one of the few proud men to call themselves a Navy diver. It was there that he continued his love of fitness and found CrossFit in 2004 while working as in instructor at the Navy Dive School. After ten years in the Navy, his next step was to follow his passion for fitness by attending The University of North Texas with a major in Kinesiology. After college and playing three years of semi-pro football, he began training high school, college, and professional athletes; this turned into a love of CrossFit and a natural progression into owning his gym. Five years later, as an owner of his gym, he like many others found Julien’s podcast on Barbell Shrugged and was the very first coach to be invited to Torrence, California.


After a life-changing week with Julien Pineau, StrongFit creator, Kris returned to his gym and implemented everything he learned into his training. After experimenting and learning the principles, he then began introducing it into the gyms training system. Kris holds a educating clinics on the principles of movement for his coaches, members, and surrounding gyms. CrossFit ACR is located in Panama City, Fl lead by the first American certified StrongFit coach.


Kris’ vision is to better educate coaches and athletes across the world so they can improve their and others' quality of life through movement.


Manager, Assistant Head Coach, Personal Trainer

Brittany is the manager, assistant head coach, and personal trainer at ACR. She began her coaching journey in 2016 as a coach at CrossFit Burke in Virginia, but her passion for fitness began long before that. She enjoyed 15 years of competitive soccer through high school and became interested in rehabilitation and injury prevention during college. She graduated from George Mason University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2020. She has worked with a variety of populations, to include orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological patients, in both hospital and private practice settings, and has extensive experience developing workout programs for general rehab, balance, coordination, agility, and gait training. 


Because of her passion for fitness, she seeks knowledge and professional development daily. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and holds both a CF-L1 and CrossFit Kids Certificate. Her ultimate goal is to provide an environment where athletes of all ability levels can become the healthiest version of themselves.



Brianne began working in the fitness industry in 1997 after becoming a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor while attending Florida State University. She has taught numerous fitness classes including Spinning, Body Pump, step, and yoga. As a personal trainer, Brianne has worked with many people including doctors, executives, stay-at-home moms, fitness competitors, and even a Nascar pit crew (in the same building that ACR currently occupies). In 2004, she went to work full time as a high school math teacher, but continued to teach group fitness classes during her afternoons, evenings, and summers. 


In 2010, Brianne was growing bored with her personal fitness routine and was invited by a couple of friends to attend a CrossFit class. She began incorporating CrossFit into her regular fitness routine and was hooked after seeing a dramatic increase in lean muscle mass. Brianne has coached high school weightlifting for five years and competed and trained with an all women's power-lifting team for three years. She currently holds a CF-L1 and CF-L2. 


One of Brianne’s passions is nutrition. She loves to cook and bake and loves to talk with people about ways they can become more healthy and thrive by the foods they eat. She also really enjoys the StrongFit classes at ACR. Brianne enjoys helping people take control of their health by moving more, lifting heavy things, and eating well.  


Katrina Voight

 Katrina's CrossFit journey started in 2013, when a friend that she would run the Hathaway bridge with convinced her that CrossFit wasn’t just for people that are already in shape. From a young age, Katrina was always hesitant to participate in sports or physical activity due to having problems with her hips, leading to several surgeries as a child. These hip limitations seemed to be the perfect excuse to avoid CrossFit at first, but after trying a few classes she was hooked and wanted to see what she was capable of doing. Her experiences with CF and learning of several modified options for her hip limitations brought about her passion for coaching and helping people achieve their fitness goals, even when they have a physical limitation or disability. Katrina received her CF-L1 in January of 2017 while she was 3 months pregnant with her first child. Later that year, Katrina joined ACR and fell in love with the box and its family focus.

On Ramp

Each new athlete is required to take our On Ramp class.  This class will introduce you to foundational movements, the terms for CrossFit, and give you a solid foundation to begin your first class.

CrossFit ACR classes have a maximum of 12 athletes per class.  Reservations through the Wodify app are required before coming to a class.  All CrossFit classes will be scaled to your fitness level.

StrongFit Classes

StrongFit classes are for those looking to take the extra step for their strength endurance.  In this class, you will be gaining strength, as well as the knowledge and understanding of movements, body, and nervous system training.

StrongFit Kids

ACR's goal for the StrongFit Kids is to have a program that is fun, dynamic, and builds well-rounded athletes from the very beginning. The StrongFit Kids program starts littles off on a path of building a solid foundation & good core values that will build as the athlete grows and will translate to whatever our StrongFit Kids put their minds to!

Join us November 7 - November 13 for StrongKids Camp, a program designed for beginner and intermediate teens age 12-16 years. 

When: M-F 3:45pm-4:30pm

What: Small group fitness class taught by an instructor to improve movement mechanics for general health, functional fitness, and sport. 

Price: $50

**A $5 discount is recognized per additional child from the same household.
